Our small but busy Brisbane office has recently been established and we are seeking staff to help support the growth of this office. As part of the firm’s international growth strategy, the office is anticipating further growth and is hoping to relocate to the CBD in the near future.

About the role

We are on the lookout for a Patent Secretary to join our Brisbane office, in a team specialising in patent and design law. You will be responsible for, among other things:

  • the preparation of a wide range of documents (including preparing patent documents, applications and invoices);
  • file and diary management of multiple deadlines in Australia, New Zealand and internationally;
    coordinating client appointments and travel; and
  • other administrative duties in the running of this small but growing office.
    Your experience, qualification and attributes

You will be an intelligent, articulate person with skills in time management and prioritising, who is self-driven to achieve. You will be able to balance client needs along with multiple deadlines.
