Senior Associate

Sébastien is an experienced IP commercialisation and litigation lawyer. He handles all types of intellectual property disputes (copyright, trade marks, patents, confidential information and contractual disputes), including in proceedings before the Intellectual Property Office of New Zealand (IPONZ) or the Court.

His skill set also includes drafting, reviewing and negotiating various IP agreements, from research and development to commercialisation of technology.

He regularly appears in New Zealand’s leading media, commenting on intellectual property issues.

Sébastien is also mentioned in the Legal 500 Law Firm and Leading Lawyer Rankings for his extensive experience in IP disputes.

Outside of work, you will find Sébastien running, watching football or enjoying the perfect espresso. He also enjoys spending time with his family.
