Jason\u2019s focus is on high-end intellectual property strategies for patent, design and copyright rights. He specialises in patent drafting and prosecution, intellectual property due diligence, intellectual property infringement advice, and intellectual property commercialisation.<\/p>\n
Ian is recognised as one of New Zealand\u2019s most influential leaders in intellectual property. He has extensive experience advising clients in the filing, prosecution, and enforcement of their innovation at all levels and across a range of industries, particularly in construction, manufacturing, electrical engineering, animal health, and medical devices.<\/p>\n
