Alexia is an experienced Australian and New Zealand intellectual property (IP) litigator. Her practice includes disputes relating to patent, trade mark and copyright infringement, breach of confidence, and misleading and deceptive conduct; patent and trade mark oppositions; IP commercial work; and pharmaceutical regulatory advice. Alexia advises clients in a wide range of industries, including medical devices, animal health, pharmaceuticals, mining, food and beverages, and IT.<\/p>\n
Having previously acted for a broad range of clients at all stages of the litigation process in the Australian Federal and High Courts, Alexia\u2019s experience both sides of the Tasman gives her a unique perspective.<\/p>\n
She has helped lead the Christchurch office and works closely with our juniors to improve and grow their legal skills and confidence. Alexia is actively involved the Pathways to Partnership project and the firm\u2019s diversity & inclusion and values projects.<\/p>\n

She is an accomplished presenter on IP issues, with notable speaking engagements including co-presenting at IPSANZ\u2019s most recent conference. Alexia regularly writes on IP issues.
