The list highlights the top Managing Partners at law firms in Australia and New Zealand.<\/p>\n<p><em>Australasian Lawyer<\/em> and <em>NZ Lawyer<\/em> evaluated the most influential leaders in law\u2019s performance over the past 18 months, emphasising exceptional leadership, strategic vision, problem-solving and legal expertise, client satisfaction and contributions to their firm\u2019s success.<\/p>\n<p>Tim is a human-centric leader and feels a deep responsibility towards staff wellbeing. He leads with compassion and invests in the firm\u2019s people through the lens of wellbeing, career growth, openness, and collegiality.
