Britta Fromow President of FICPI New Zealand

James & Wells patent attorney Britta Fromow has been named President of the New Zealand Group of the International Federation of Intellectual Property Attorneys (FICPI).

FICPI is an international NGO whose membership is exclusively made up of patent attorneys. The community is a group that is driven by a shared interest of best practice in the IP profession, and members benefit from IP insights provided through an international lens.

Of the appointment, Britta says: “I am excited by the opportunity to bring the many benefits of FICPI to New Zealand’s IP profession and to represent New Zealand for FICPI. I am looking forward to engaging with members and playing a greater role in this valuable community.”
