Rebecca looks after all things HR, from recruitment, induction and training to performance and employment relations. She draws on 20 years of experience working across various roles at James & Wells.
Rebecca is passionate about seeing people succeed and recognises that this looks differently to each individual. She is interested in diversity and flexible working practices that provide individuals with an equal opportunity to achieve. Rebecca brings a practical approach to implementing systems and processes, to streamline and simplify HR practices. Her overall focus is to support and enable the Firm’s culture and people to thrive.
At home Rebecca enjoys the peace and solitude of a rural community with her family. From time to time she puts her hand to a bit of creative writing and more frequently wanders down to the local café to connect with the community and friends over good cuisine.
